Meet The Team
Elise Martin
Elise is a certified yoga teacher, biodynamic craniosacral therapist, and somatic psychotherapist.
Her work is rooted in deep presence and reverence for the body’s wisdom, shaped by years of supporting individuals through trauma, addiction, and the tender path of healing—both in private practice and in treatment centres.
With gentle guidance, she invites others to soften into themselves—to welcome every part of their story, every sensation, every silence with love and presence.
Her approach is an invitation back to the heart: to the quiet knowing of self-compassion, to the ever-present thread of inter-connection, and to the deep well of wellbeing that lies beneath the surface of our lives.
Ritual, prayer, awe, devotion, meditation, pilgrimage, and community are companions and sacred threads in Elise’s own journey and work.
She is honored to walk alongside you as you explore the inner and outer landscapes of the Camino and of the self.

Corinne Elizabeth
Corinne is a somatic mind-body practitioner and trauma-informed coach. Her deepest passion is helping people access the power within to recognise their worth, and to reconnect with the truest version of themselves. She supports individuals in gently releasing the weight of long-held stress, protective patterns, and unprocessed emotions, guiding them back to a place of inner harmony, confidence, and a deeper sense of belonging within themselves.
Her approach is integrative and holistic, weaving together somatic healing, meridian tapping (EFT / FasterEFT), inner child and parts work, and mindfulness-based practices. At the heart of her work is safety: creating a compassionate, grounded space where the nervous system can find balance and lasting change can naturally unfold.
On this retreat Corinne is offering one-to-one support and trauma-informed workshops to support nervous system regulation, embodiment, and deeper self-connection. Her intention is to help you feel resourced, grounded, and empowered as you walk the physical path of the Camino, and take your own inner journey of healing, growth, and self-discovery.
Ilka Oster
With more than 25 years devoted to the art of personal transformation, Ilka Oster has guided thousands of people toward clarity, freedom, and renewed self-trust. For more than a decade, she has practiced Faster EFT, a powerful synthesis of tapping, hypnosis, NLP, inner child work, and memory reconsolidation. She has supported clients in resolving challenges at their root cause and restoring greater freedom in their lives. She also spent years teaching and mentoring new practitioners.
Ilka is known for her warmth, empathy, and gentle curiosity. She brings a steady presence and a well-honed skill for uncovering deeper truths, helping people identify the root causes of pain rather than simply addressing symptoms. Her work has included supporting hundreds of clients living with chronic illness, guiding them to release limitation and reconnect with their natural vitality.
In recent years, Ilka has journeyed on spiritual retreats to sacred sites in Australia and Egypt - where the land mirrors the inner path - guiding the soul’s unfolding.
On the Camino, Ilka looks forward to walking alongside you with warmth, humour, and compassion.
Darene Puttergill
Darene is a holistic mind-body practitioner and trauma-informed coach, using cutting-edge modalities to help people transform their lives. She has been on her own healing journey and has helped people overcome the imprints of stress, trauma and self doubt to living a fully expressed life, for the past 10 years.
She has led soulful walking retreats on pilgrimage since 2019, combining self development and walking with great success. Many of her walkers regard the experience as life-changing and others return annually.
Darene uses a blend of Faster EFT, hypnotherapy, NLP and mindfulness - which was a cornerstone in reversing her diagnosis of an auto-immune disease. She walked the 800km Camino de Santiago in 2017 “to reinforce all the changes I had made in my mind and body. I had literally rewired my nervous system by the end." Walking and tapping is now her moving meditation and she loves nothing better than sharing her "holy grail" of healing and taking people on sacred journeys to find home inside themselves. She works privately with clients as well as at a renowned health retreat on the Sunshine Coast, Australia. Darene leads people on Camino a few times each year.
